Yoga
Why Yoga?
“Close your eyes and imagine the best version of you possible. That’s who
you really are. Let go of any part of you that doesn’t believe it”
C. Assaad
Nearly 40 million Americans practice Yoga. There is said to be over 300 million practitioners around the world. It is popular for a reason, and that reason is that it works.
Yoga has been proven time and time again to enhance the health of the practitioner on all levels. Physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual health are all elevated and brought into greater harmony.
There are many different types of Yoga, all of which address and highlight different things. Some styles are geared more towards relaxation, while others are designed to stoke the inner fire.
