Welcome to Leominster:

Leominster is the second-largest city in Worcester County, Massachusetts. It is located north of Worcester, as well as northwest of Boston. Both Interstate 190 and Route 2 run through Leominster, as well as Route 12, Route 13, and Route 117. Many people do not know that Leominster is actually the birthplace of Johnny Appleseed.

Cool Spots:

Leominster State Forest:

This publicly owned forest covers over 4,000 acres. There is an extensive trail system, plenty of beautiful ponds, as well as the famous Crow Hill.

Doyle Conservation Area:

This former estate of Harry W. Pierce has over 170 acres of conservation land. There is a beautiful meadow, as well as many trails for peaceful walks.

Barrett Park:

This public park features a dirt path that loops around Barrett Pond. There is a gazebo that overlooks the water, as well as a pavilion for events and picnics. Additionally, there is a waterfall and walking paths through the forest.

This popular restaurant is located on the first floor of the iconic Gateway Building — the same building that Dolphin Studio Fitness & Wellness Center is located in. They have an amazing menu, as well as an extensive cocktail list.

Paisanos Pizza & Spirits:

This is the best Italian restaurant in Leominster — conveniently located directly across the street from Dolphin Studio Fitness & Wellness Center. They feature a full menu, and a full bar.

Thai Jasmine:

Also located directly across the street from Dolphin Studio Fitness & Wellness Center, this popular restaurant specializes in Thai cuisine.

Shopping:

The Mall at Whitney Fields:

Open daily, The Mall at Whitney Fields has all of your shopping needs covered. There are dozens of great stores, as well as plenty of places to eat. Further, there is a movie theatre.
