“I have been a client of Jennifer’s for over 10 years. I first came to her studio when I had been trying to recover from repetitive stress injuries and postural issues due to the nature of my profession as a massage therapist. Before going to The Dolphin Studio, I had been receiving chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy as well as physical therapy to help resolve my physical issues and to alleviate the pain associated with them. At the end of my first class with Jennifer, I experienced a huge spinal shift in the region of my lower cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae. The stretching, movement and exercises that we did in the class loosened up my tight muscles and connective tissue so that my body could realign itself. After that class and a continued routine of taking Jennifer’s Pilates and Barre classes 2-3 times a week, my strength and posture has improved and I experience less skeletal and muscular pain. On the few occasions that I could not stick to my normal routine at The Dolphin Studio, my body has definitely paid the price. My aches and pains would start to return and my flexibility decreased, I have told Jennifer on several occasions that she helped save me and my career!”

“The Dolphin Studio provides a welcoming and relaxing space for individuals of all ages and skill levels to practice yoga and participate in a variety of other group fitness classes. The instructors are very passionate and encouraging. I have been practicing yoga for about a year and a half and tried Aerial Yoga for the first time with Alex. He made sure every member of the class was performing the poses correctly and safely while also offering tips on how to make certain poses more or less challenging. The Instructors are able to make quick adjustments based on the skill levels of his students and always offers words of encouragement throughout his classes. He also promotes overall wellness to his students by emphasizing the importance of staying physically active outside of yoga and even provides advice on how to start your own home yoga practice. I highly recommend Dolphin Studio and Alex as an instructor. I will definitely be signing up for more courses in the future.”
