We are the only local studio that offers a diverse amount of group classes such as Aerial Yoga, Mat Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pilates, Barre, & Total Body Strength Training classes, as well as 1 on 1 Personal Training. We also offer many nutrition & other wellness-based workshops, education lectures, and community challenges. While we are pleased to be one of many, many local studio options, we’ve tried to pack our schedule with not just strength work, but strength training (including Pilates, TBT & Barre) AND flexibility classes (Yoga & Aerial Yoga) taught by instructors who are not only certified & well qualified but who are passionate about sharing their inspiration and education with you. In short, we are a “one-stop-shop” for all of your fitness and wellness needs. Whether you need a boost in your nutrition, mindset, mobility, or strength work, we have classes that will help place you on a better path of being a happier and healthier version of yourself.

Option 1

If you’re feeling motivated to try a variety of classes, dive into the “UNLIMITED 2 weeks for $30” offer, which gives you 14 days of unlimited classes for just $30 total. When you register online for your first class, choose the “UNLIMITED 2 weeks for $30” option in the drop-down menu. The14 days begin on your first class at Dolphin Studio Fitness, and is good for 14 consecutive days. This option is good for any Pilates, Mat Yoga, Barre, Aerial Yoga (which is temporarily on hold for a few weeks), TBT & Yoga Nidra class. This “UNLIMITED” option can not be used for specialty workshops.
Note: This option can NOT be combined with Option #2. Please let us know if you have questions.


Option 2

Alternatively, we invite you to come in and check out 1 FREE CLASS. After registering for your first class at our studio, simply choose your “FIRST CLASS FREE” option in the drop down menu. This offer is a one-time offer and can be used for any of the scheduled classes.
Note: Once you’ve taken a “FIRST CLASS FREE” option, or any other class at the studio, you’re no longer eligible to purchase the “UNLIMITED 30 for $30” option.
