Total Barre is a high-energy class that focuses on flexibility and stamina, as well dynamic stability and strength. The class is choreographed to music, and it is a fun way to exercise. The Barre classes are choreographed to music, and with the use of bands, hand weights, small stability balls and body weight, strengthens the arms, legs, glutes, back and core muscles. With Total Barre, you can dance your way into better health.

This class will lengthen and strengthen you from head to toe. Further, it will improve your body awareness and proprioception. It is a class designed for all fitness levels and very easy to modify to fit your fitness needs.
