Overview:

As previously mentioned, Dolphin Studio Fitness & Wellness Center is a one-stop shop for all of your health needs. We focus on the three main pillars of wellness — (1) Mindset, (2) Mobility, and (3) Strength. They correspond with the elements that we find here on Earth — (1) Air, (2) Water, and (3) Fire.


Pillar 1 — Mindset (Air)
